Description: This data layer shows the general reference locations of entities that have applied for loans and/or grants from the OWRB as part of the Water and Wastewater Financing Program. The financing programs include; Financial Assistance Program loans, Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loans, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loans, Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Grants, Emergency Grants, Drought Grants, and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding. The points have been placed on top of the city point location from the OWRB's city point layer for cities and towns. Points for rural water and sewer districts were placed in the general geographic center of the service area, if the area was included in the OWRB's Water System Service Areas layer. For systems not included in the Water Systems Service Area layer, the point was matched to a point in the ODEQ's SDWIS database or spot located based on an address or local knowledge.
