Description: This dataset contains geographic polygon features that represent quarter-quarter-quarter sections (tracts of approximately 10 acres) of the PLSS of the State of Oklahoma. It was created by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) for water rights administration purposes and may be incomplete for areas of the state that are not under OWRB water rights jurisdiction.The dataset was created using the Spatial Calculator Batch Polygon Utility provided by the University of Oklahoma's Center for Spatial Analysis (CSA) and ArcGIS geoprocessing tools. The data may be useful for mapping and visualization purposes, but the boundaries shown do not necessarily coincide with legal, jurisdictional, or property ownership boundaries and this dataset is not intended to serve as a substitute for the services of a licensed professional land surveyor.
